PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS:  
Start/Stop Button (#9). LED display will read “000”.  
Program Button (#11).  
1) Press  
2) Press  
3) Press  
4) Press  
5) Press  
6) Press  
7) Press  
8) Press

Increase Button (#8). “PO1” will appear in LED display.  
Select Button (#7). Time indicator will light (#4).  
Increase Button (#8) to set desired cooking time.  
Select Button (#7). Temperature indicator (#5) will light .  
Increase Button (#8) to set desired cooking temperature.  
Program Memory Button (#12) until unit BEEPS. Program is now stored in memory.  
To set next program, use above steps.

To change to next program, press the  
Increase/Decrease Buttons (#8).  
TO START PROGRAM:  
1) Press  
2) Press  
3) Press  
4) Press  
START/STOP Button (#9). LED display will read “000”.  
P
Program recall Button (#11). “PO1” will appear in LED display.  
Increase/Decrease Buttons (#8) to get desired program number (#8).  
START/STOP Button (#7) to start program.  
PROGRAM FEATURES:

As oven preheats to program temperature, LED display will read “PRE”.  
When oven is preheated to set program temperature, oven will BEEP, indicating that program  
is ready to start.

To start program, open oven door and load product to be cooked.  
Closing the oven door will start the program.  
At completion of program cooking cycle, oven will BEEP, indicating program is complete.  
NOTE: if added time is required to finish product, minutes can be added by using the  
Increase/Decrease Buttons (#8).

NOTE: When cooking cycle has ended and unit is beeping, opening the oven door will end  
the cooking cycle and extra minutes cannot be added.  
After cooking program cycle has ended, your oven has been programmed to go into a  
holding cycle. The LED display will read “INF” and the temperature will hold at 356° F.  
With oven in its holding program, when starting a new program the unit will go into its  
preheat mode to get the unit to its programmed temperature.  
If minutes have been added at the end of the program cycle (while unit is beeping), to have  
the oven go into its holding cycle upon completion of the added minutes, the START/STOP  
button (#9) must be pushed.
